Festivities start at 10:30pm; step-off at 1:00am
Join up to 10,000 bicyclists for The L.A.T.E. Ride, voted “Best Cycling Event” in the city by Competitor Magazine readers!
The 24th annual L.A.T.E. Ride gives you a rare chance to experience nighttime Chicago like you never have before. Explore new neighborhoods and parks under the stars. Hear shouts of “Opaah!” in Greek Town and cruise through the South Loop, Chinatown and North Side neighborhoods. Join the Best Lit Bike and Best Decorated Helmet contests. Enjoy live music. Ride the beautiful lakefront bike path under the stars and watch the sunrise over Lake Michigan! The 25-mile flat course is great for all fitness levels.
The ride supports Friends of the Parks and its work to preserve, protect and improve Chicago’s parks, playgrounds and lakefront.
