About This Location:

Our Lake Forest facility is located in the Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center building on the beautiful Northwestern /Lake Forest Hospital campus. We are just west of Route 41 and only five minutes east of 294. Being one of Illinois Bone and Joint’s smallest facilities with two Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapy Assistant, we try to create a personalized experience that all patients will enjoy.

Our friendly staff provides a welcoming and energetic environment for getting you back to your pre-injury level of activity. Our talented therapists are experienced in treating a wide variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, both surgical and non-surgical. We offer early morning as well as evening appointments to accommodate your busy day. Working closely with our physicians, we have the ability provide the continuous care and communication that most other physical therapy companies cannot match.
