Biography

Jessica has been practicing in orthopedics since 2009. Originally from Memphis TN, she graduated from Washington University in St Louis with her DPT and started her clinical career at the Morton Grove IBJI.  She has been part of the management team since October of 2013, overseeing daily operations, MD relationships, and the clinical staff. She is now Regional Manager overseeing part of the Near North Region for IBJI.

Jessica specialized early on in pediatrics, with clinicals in early intervention and at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Additionally, Jessica’s background as a collegiate basketball player, and personal injuries, form the basis of her appreciation for sports medicine and the female athlete. She enjoys treating sports related injuries, and has extensive experience in rheumatological conditions, hip and low back pain, as well as post-operative conditions of the hip and knee. Jessica is also a certified specialist in Pelvic Health, and has received specialized training in the treatment and education of women’s and men’s health issues. She treats a variety of female and male conditions, including pelvic pain, tailbone pain, incontinence, diastisis recti, and prenatal and postpartum care.

Jessica has a deep love for rehabilitative medicine and passion for helping others but she also enjoys the educational piece of our profession. She has lectured at many IBJI sponsored as well as outside clinical education courses and has been a clinical instructor for many PT students. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking and baking, and walking.
