Runner’s University 2013
Saturday, August 24, 8am-12pm

Whether you’re an avid runner or a beginner, the Runner’s University 2013 event will have something for you. Listen to expert doctors give tips to improve your performance. Learn about nutrition and personal training best practices. See the latest trends on display from various vendors. IBJI physical therapists and massage therapists will be on hand to answer your questions. The complimentary event is from 8:00am to 12:00pm at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute in Highland Park.

Women’s Night Out – A Seminar for Female Athletes
Tuesday, August 27, 6:30-8:30pm

Are you a female athlete looking to take your game to the next level? Come to our Women’s Night Out seminar to learn the latest performance techniques, injury prevention and health-related information as it pertains to women. No matter your sport or ability level, you will take home useful tips to employ immediately and better your game. Get your questions answered from our expert panel, including the WNBA’s Swin Cash, soccer pro Ella Masar and IBJI doctors and therapists. Giveaways provided by Chicago Sky. The event will be held at IMPACT Sports Performance in Highland Park from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
Wellness Center Open House
Saturday, September 14, 9am-11am

Our IBJI Wellness Center staff in Highland Park is excited to show you the latest ways to stay active and achieve performance goals. Try out our new Mighty Body Bands. See an acupuncture demonstration. Learn about proper Pilates techniques. Our staff is ready to answer your questions and get you on your way to wellness!
