Patients Give IBJI-Glenview High Marks for Quality Service

IBJI-Glenview continues to strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our patients. As part of that commitment, IBJI-Glenview conducts ongoing patient satisfaction surveys to learn more from our patients about how well we are doing and where we can do better. We are pleased to share the results of our 2013 patient satisfaction surveys. Patients are asked to score IBJI on a scale of 1 to 10 in a variety of categories.

Across the board, patients are overwhelmingly pleased with the care they are receiving at IBJI-Glenview. Patients gave us an average score of 8.8 out of 10 in two key categories – Overall Experience and Quality of Care. Our patients also report high levels of satisfaction when it comes to interactions with our staff. Patients gave our physicians a grade of 9.2 out of 10 for Listening Skills and a 9.3 for Explaining Things. Overall, patients scored our physicians with a grade of 9.3 out of 10.
