Biography
Ben is a certified physician assistant, licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois in collaboration with a physician. He provides many services, including office visits and inpatient rounds as well as surgery assistance to Dr. John Lyon. Ben enjoys working with patients to help them better understand their ailments and he strives to create a treatment plan best suited to each patient.
Ben earned his undergraduate degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign while working as an orthopedic medical assistant. He then completed a master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. In his free time he enjoys watching Illini basketball, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors.
