Biography

As an essential part of Dr. Lieder’s team and an OrthoAccess clinic provider, Emily Stinner provides many services, including office visits, post-operative care, procedures. She also assists Dr. Lieder in surgery. Dr. Lieder and Emily work together to offer you a comprehensive patient experience, from diagnoss, education, and patient-involved medical decision-making. She takes pride in fostering a patient-centric approach that ensures comprehensive and compassionate care. 

Emily is a graduate of Dominican University, an NCCPA-accredited program where she received her Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies. Her training since graduation has been primarily focused on orthopedic trauma surgery. Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 2017 followed by her master's in nutritional sciences, which she received from the University of Oklahoma in 2020. She has prior experience working in emergency medicine and occupational health.

Emily is an officer in the Illinois Army National Guard, serving the 2-106 CAV as their senior provider and physician assistant. In that capacity, she specializes in combat casualty care and medical planning for the squadron. Emily is also an active member of the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. She loves traveling, golf, and her dog, Rickie.
