A lifelong Chicagoland native from Elmhurst, IL, Dr. Cahill is dedicated to serving the western suburbs and giving back to the community where her large family resides. She attended Fenwick High School and earned her B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. She went on to receive her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Chicago, and pursued fellowship training in upper extremity and microvascular surgery at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Cahill enjoys outdoor activities and is a multiple-time marathon finisher and recently climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.

My philosophy as a hand surgeon is built on my steadfast commitment to service of others, with compassionate care and surgical excellence.
