Biography

Kaitlin Andler, PTA, rejoined the IBJI family in fall 2017; having had 3 years experience as a Rehabilitation technician at the Glenview location prior to earning her LPTA. Kait is passionate about providing a helping hand to patients with diagnosis ranging from the neurologically involved to those with orthopedic and post surgical intervention needs. She finds the best treatments to be ones that get the patient actively involved in their rehabilitation process, taking a proactive and patient centered approach to all sessions. Kait is highly motivated to bring awareness toward preventative medicine, physical health, fitness and wellness programs within the community with special focus on strength, balance and stability training.

Previously, Kait was a Division 1 softball player for St. Francis University (PA) who discovered a passion for physical therapy through spending countless hours in the capable hands of ATCs and PTs during her 4 years of NEC varsity sports. Kait firmly believes in the importance of teamwork and continuing to collaborate with MDs, PT and fellow PTAs within the rehabilitation team to help patients reach their personal and functional goals in a welcoming positive and supportive rehab environment. 

Outside of the clinic, Kait enjoys playing seasonal and recreational sports within her local community, with a special love for softball, baseball and football. She is also an avid CrossFitter, being both an athlete/CFL1 Coach, enjoying competitive individual and team centered challenges and workouts.
