Andrew received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ in 2019. Prior to joining IBJI, he practiced 2 years in Arizona treating a wide range of patients in outpatient sports and orthopedics. He originally grew up in Iowa and attended Truman State University where he graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. At Truman, Andrew played basketball for 5 years before beginning a career as a Physical Therapist.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, as well as participating in outdoor activities, especially golf, hiking, and snowboarding whenever he gets the chance to travel. His experience through athletics and passion to help people is what originally pursued him to a career as a Physical Therapist. He continues to grow with his treatment approach and is persistent on utilizing current research on improving patient’s recovery.
Andrew is compassionate and collaborative with his patients and uses a positive attitude, hard work and creativity to help patients reach their rehab or performance goals. His approach to goal specific exercise, hands-on treatment and background in sports/athletics will help patients return to work, sport, or everyday activities.
