Biography

Azi joined the Highland Park IBJI team after earning her doctorate in physical therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in November 2023. Prior to earning her DPT, Azi received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Master of Science in clinical exercise physiology. 

Throughout her educational career, she gained experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting as a rehab tech with IBJI at the Palatine location and as a physical therapy student intern with IBJI at our Highland Park and Schaumburg locations as well as Northwestern Memorial Hospital. 

Azi enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses. She values working one-on-one with her patients to develop treatment sessions according to their lifestyle and personal goals. As an IBJI team member, she looks forward to working in a collaborative environment and growing as a clinician in order to provide the best care for her patients. 

Originally from Barrington, Illinois, Azi loves being able to serve the suburbs of Chicago. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, skiing, spending time with her family and friends, being with her dog, and traveling.
