Biography

Bill joined the IBJI rehab team in October 2022. He has 24 years of experience working in outpatient orthopedics. He believes in a comprehensive, individualized plan of care that focuses strongly on detail. He applies the most current evidence-based practice, a strong manual treatment background, and appropriate exercise prescription to correct compensatory imbalances and regain the highest level of function possible. While Bill is experienced in and enjoys treating all orthopedic impairments, he has significant extra study in treatment of the spine, shoulder, knee and ankle, with specific interests in the overhead athlete, runner, and ACL prevention/recovery. He emphasizes collaboration with the entire medical team to provide the most comprehensive treatment plan possible to help patients regain full function and eliminate pain. 

Bill has a background in athletics, having played several sports in high school, and baseball through college. He also worked as a construction laborer while going through college, helping him to understand the needs these activities require. He has coached soccer and softball, and he enjoys mentoring clinical staff. Bill believes that a physical therapy clinic should have a fun, compassionate and relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a strong focus on the task at hand. 

While away from the clinic, Bill emphasizes time with his wife and three daughters, but also enjoys playing golf, softball, billiards, and fishing.
