Biography
Brody comes to the IBJI team from the northwest suburbs of Chicago and serves as the physical therapist for the Chicago Wolves. He completed a sports residency at Samaritan Athletic Medicine/Oregon State University, where he was directly involved in the rehabilitation of multiple Division 1 collegiate athletes across multiple sports, including football, baseball, softball, wrestling, volleyball, gymnastics, and men’s and women’s rowing. Brody is also a credentialed Licensed Athletic Trainer.
In addition to adequate strength and conditioning, Brody understands that sound biomechanics and movement patterns are necessary to reduce pain and injury risk and enhance performance regardless of sport or age. He enjoys working closely with patients and other fitness and health professionals to ensure the best possible outcome and a safe return to sport/performance following injury.
Brody is a former NCAA collegiate baseball athlete and has a special interest in treatingoverhead throwing and rotational athletes. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys running, golfing,weight training, traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and cheering on hisfavorite sports teams: the Chicago Cubs, Bears, Wolves, and OSU Beavers!
