Biography
Zac joined the IBJI Rehab team in July, 2020. He has 11 years of experience as a physical therapist working in outpatient orthopedics. He received his Doctorate degree in 2009 and board specialization in orthopedics in 2016. Zac is passionate about providing the highest level of patient care using evidence based practice in conjunction with his advanced manual skill set. Although he enjoys treating all orthopedic diagnoses and conditions, Zac takes a special interest in treating the shoulder, elbow, and knee. He believes in a comprehensive, holistic, and individualized approach to patient care. Zac’s approach is to involve all members of the medical team in order to assist patients in reaching their full potential during their recovery.
Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Zac played college baseball and helped with coaching and training of youth baseball and softball players. Zac enjoys mentoring clinical staff and participates in the special interest groups available at IBJI. He brings a fun and enthusiastic energy to the clinic each and every day.
In his downtime, Zac enjoys spending time with his 3 young sons and his wife, Amy. When time permits, Zac also enjoys golf and running.
