Biography

Kimberly Fellows, PT, DPT, COMT, CMTPT has been practicing in orthopedics since 2002. She joined Illinois Bone and Joint Institute in 2006 and has been the Facility Manager at the Lindenhurst location since its opening in 2012.

Kimberly embraces the collaborative care model between the physicians and rehabilitation divisions of IBJI. She is an active member of IBJI’s manual therapy special interest group and leadership development team. Kimberly’s specialization in manual therapy, dry needling, work conditioning, and functional capacity evaluations are instrumental in her treatment approaches with patients. Her treatment goals include returning individual’s back to their daily activities, athletes back to play, and injured worker’s back to work.

Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her favorite activities include watching her children’s Tae Kwon Do, Hae Dong Kun Do,and four wheeling adventures.
