Biography

Megan Gonzalez, PTA, ATC has been practicing as an Athletic Trainer since 2011 and as a PTA since 2019. Megan completed her bachelors in Athletic Training from Miami University in Ohio where she went on to complete her Master’s in Applied Exercise Science at Concordia University in Wisconsin. Megan then continued her education at Oakton Community College where she completed an Associates in Applied Science degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Megan enjoys treating a wide variety of different diagnoses, but has a passion for sports medicine as well as working with low back, hip, knee, ankle and foot injuries. With her background in sports medicine, she is eager to expand her knowledge with geriatrics, manual techniques and much more. She is excited to be apart of the Park Ridge team for further collaboration with the IBJI team.

Megan enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog going for walks, hiking and staying active.
