BiographyElizabeth Heller, PT MSPT, has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting since graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1998. Elizabeth has a special interest in treating spine. Elizabeth has completed all classes in the McKenzie program for manual treatment of the spine and looks forward to being a certified McKenzie therapist. She also has extensive experience in, and enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses including shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries. Having played professionally in an orchestra prior to becoming a physical therapist, she also has a special interest and unique insight into treating musicians and their injuries. In her spare time she plays bassoon in two local orchestras, and with the Chicago Bassoon Quartet.
