Jacob Frank, PT, DPT is from Chicago, IL and graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. Jacob believes in collaborative and holistic physical therapy treatment and assessing the patients functional needs and personal goals to allow the patient to be in control of their own health. Jacob enjoys treating and variety of orthopedic conditions and takes a special interest in sports rehabilitation. Outside of being a physical therapist, Jacob enjoys playing recreational sports, being around family and friends, and watching the Chicago White Sox.
