Biography

Jake Ledesma, PT, DPT has been working with a variety of conditions in the outpatient setting for a year. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2016, and from Governors State University in 2020 with a Doctorate in Physical therapy. As a new team member, he will be treating patients at the Mooney Drive location in Bourbonnais, until moving to the surgical center in Bourbonnais starting November. He is skilled in treating a wide variety of conditions, but really enjoys working with orthopedic conditions.

Jake always makes therapy an enjoyable experience with a fun environment, while staying focused on reaching the patient's goals. He values manual (hands on) therapy and creating specific exercise programs for each patient to relieve pain and improve function.

Growing up in the surrounding area, Jake is very familiar with the community and prides himself on making a positive impact locally. Outside of work, he enjoys going to sporting events, lake activities, and spending time with friends and family.
