Biography

Joe started out as a certified personal trainer helping clients with their personal health and fitness goals. While working with a wide array of clients, an interest was sparked and he decided to pivot into rehabilitation. In 2019, Joe started working as a rehab aide within IBJI at the Des Plaines and Schaumburg locations. While working as an aide, he began working towards his associate's degree in physical therapist assistant studies. He is comfortable working with surgical and non-surgical injuries as well as joint replacements. Joe places a strong emphasis on correct body mechanics and movement patterns to target specific strength and mobility deficits. His strengths are correcting form and progressing exercises. He utilizes manual therapy techniques to expedite recovery. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family and friends. His hobbies include going to watch live music, exercising, being handy around the house, and cycling.

Education
