Biography

Katie completed one of her fieldwork trainings at an outpatient hand therapy clinic in Chicago. The experience ignited her passion for hand therapy as a specialty. While there she discovered her fascination with the intricacies of hand therapy and its profound impact on patients' lives. Witnessing the transformative power of hand therapy in helping individuals regain their hand function and independence solidified her dedication to this field. 

Dedicated to improving patients' quality of life, Katie is driven to help them achieve greater independence in their daily routines. Through personalized therapy plans and focused guidance, her aim is to empower all of her patients to lead more fulfilling lives. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Katie finds joy in activities that invigorate both her mind and body. Golfing, exercising, exploring new culinary experiences, traveling to new destinations, and hanging out with friends and family are her go-to ways to unwind and gain fresh perspectives.
