Ryan is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 5 years of experience, with a special interest in treating neck and low back pain. He has attended continuing education courses in McKenzie Method Therapy, and incorporated those principles to help many patients. Believing that manual therapy can be an excellent addition to a sound exercise program, Ryan has also dedicated time to developing his manual skills.
Ryan is a Chicago native who grew up playing sports and being active. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Illinois State University, where he had the opportunity to work with student athletes and develop a deep understanding and appreciation for proper exercise progressions and techniques. Ryan worked as an exercise coach and then decided to pursue a degree in physical therapy. He received his Associates degree as a PTA from Oakton Community College in 2012. Ryan continues to use his exercise and therapy knowledge and experiences to develop effective treatment programs.
