Biography

Lauren joined the IBJI rehab team after receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She previously studied exercise science and obtained her bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. Lauren has treated a variety of conditions and populations, but she has a passion for sports medicine and neurology. 

In her free time, Lauren enjoys exercising, lifting weights, going on walks with her dog Rizzo, watching Cubs games, and spending time with her family and friends. Lauren also coaches and trains dancers through an all-star dance studio.
