Narissa joined the IBJI team as a rehabilitation aide in 2016 and returned in 2020 after completing her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northwestern University. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports-related injuries, running injuries, and joint replacements. She also enjoys treating worker’s comp and work conditioning patients. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Narissa worked as a food scientist, but realized her passion was in healthcare.
In her spare time, Narissa enjoys running, hiking, and going to concerts. She also enjoys spending time with her animals, tending to her chicken coop, and gardening.
