Biography

Luke joined the IBJI team in 2022 after graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University. Prior to graduating, he completed 5 clinical rotations in a variety of settings, where it became clear his passion was for helping patients recover in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. He has also spent 4 years working as a personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist, finding joy in seeing clients of all ages and backgrounds build strength and improve their fitness and overall confidence.

Luke enjoys utilizing his experience and education in exercise and physical therapy to help patients recover from a variety of injuries including chronic overuse injuries, acute sports injuries, joint replacements, and more. Most of all, he loves helping patients return to doing what they love. One of his favorite parts about being a physical therapist is empowering patients and helping give them control over their recovery process.

In his free time, Luke enjoys training for his next powerlifting competition or taking the time to relax and watch a good TV show or movie. An Ohio native, Luke actively encourages his patients to recommend their favorite Chicago area restaurants as he attempts to explore the local food scene.
