Biography
Rory Lavery, PT, was born and raised in Bedford, MA (near Boston). She went to Quinnipiac University (QU) for both her undergrad and graduate school and just recently graduated in August 2022. She has worked as an Athletic Trainer during PT school with QU’s club sports teams.
Rory had her clinical rotations around the country (Chicago working with Northwestern’s football team, Ann Arbor, College Station in TX) and fell in love with the Chicago area which is what brought her back here.
Rory is passionate about sports medicine, treating athletes and active adults to help them return to sports/active lifestyle and reach their fullest potential. She incorporates functional, challenging, and entertaining exercises to achieve patients’ goals and make physical therapy an enjoyable experience.
Rory has interest in weight lifting, expanding her ever-growing sneaker collection, traveling to new parts of the country, trying new foods and restaurants, and is looking forward to exploring Chicagoland.
