Biography

Sean Ruane is a board certified physician assistant, licensed to practice medicine as well as prescribe medication in the state of Illinois in collaboration with a physician.

Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in health science from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. He then attended Rush University, where he completed his Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies.Sean conducts physical exams, performs inpatient rounds, and assists Dr. Thorsness in both the operating room and the clinic.

His clinical interests include shoulder and elbow pathology, and outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family.
