Biography

Stephanie Murthey is a physician assistant at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute's Glenview location, where she assists in surgery and procedures and sees patients in clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with specialization in health promotion from Michigan State University. She then secured a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from Wayne State University, graduating with honors. 

Stephanie is from the northern suburbs of Chicago and upon graduating from Wayne State University, she returned home to join IBJI, where she specializes in knee and hip injuries and replacements. Stephanie's passion for an active lifestyle was the drive behind her career goals to help keep her patients active. When Stephanie is not at IBJI, she enjoys practicing yoga, running along the lakefront, and spending time with her friends and family.
