Rebecca Woeckel OTR/L, CHT graduated with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2014. She went to Carroll University for undergraduate where she studied Exercise Science and Psychology. After practicing for 5 years, she received her specialty certification as a Certified Hand Therapist in 2019. Rebecca grew up in the greater Chicago area and recently moved back from Nashville, Tennessee where she worked for the past 6 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & Goldendoodle, traveling & trying new recipes.
Rebecca enjoys treating a variety of upper extremity orthopedic injuries for all ages and is skilled in the fabrication of custom orthoses. She enjoys getting to know each of her clients and strives to help each client meet their goals. She especially enjoys the collaborative care model that Illinois Bone & Joint Institute strives to achieve and works closely with the physicians for optimal patient outcomes.
