Biography

Urchit Chokshi joined the team as a physical therapist assistant in 2023. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and later completed his physical therapist assistant program at Oakton Community College. 

Urchit brings a passion for working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to collegiate competitors. He takes a patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing open communication, active listening, and individualized treatment planning. Urchit is dedicated to building strong relationships with his patients, fostering a supportive and motivating environment where they feel heard, empowered, and involved in their recovery process. 

He strives to not only help his patients return to the activities they love but also to educate and equip them with the tools they need for long-term success and injury prevention.
