Physical & Occupational Therapy Careers

The goal of IBJI Rehabilitation is to become the best Collaborative Care model rehabilitation provider within the Chicagoland area.

Locations

With 20 physical and occupational therapy locations, IBJI therapists have an amazing opportunity to see a wide variety of clinical issues in the orthopedic realm. We collaborate with some of the most highly regarded physicians in our region. This professional partnership promotes the best possible functional outcomes for our patients and both broadens and deepens our own skill levels.

Focus on Quality

IBJI therapists experience a high quality of professional camaraderie. We have opportunities to work together and learn from one another and we are well supported by many administrative specialists. Our therapists’ professional lives are spent on patient care and not business development – no long weekend hours or marketing concerns. We value your time away from IBJI as well: our schedules, documentation systems and staff activities promote your performance at work and your contentment away from work.

Benefits

With benefits including profit-sharing, excellent health care coverage, paid time off and bonuses (per company guidelines/requirements), IBJI truly deserves a closer look in your search for finding a great career opportunity.

Join the IBJI Team and prepare to be challenged daily to grow in your profession – and truly step into the “Vision 20/20” model by working as a team for the ultimate good of the patient.
