Biography

Alyssa graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Joseph University located in Cincinnati, OH. She currently works at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute’s Palatine office, where she serves as the Facility Manager. Prior to her graduate education, Alyssa attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology while also playing Division I soccer for the Musketeers. 

Alyssa has experience treating a variety of patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, chronic pain, and sports medicine. Her treatment style includes various manual techniques, therapeutic and neuromuscular exercises, and providing education on injury prevention. Alyssa has a passion for learning and believes that open communication and a team-based approach can lead to successful outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active through alpine skiing, water skiing, and golf, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
