Biography

Ashley is a doctor of physical therapy at our Wilmette location. She has advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, and functional movement assessments. She has worked with a variety of patient populations over the years and has a special interest for treating youth athletes and foot/ankle injuries. Her focus in the clinic is on an evidence-driven, team-based approach to rehab. Ashley's passion lies in guiding individuals of all ages and activity levels toward long-term recovery and return to the activities they love. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashley enjoys attending sporting events, playing volleyball, mountain biking/cycling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
