Biography

Atra received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Governors State University in 2022. She also graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in biology at Northeastern Illinois University. In recent years, Atra has worked in an outpatient rehab setting. She is certified in vestibular rehabilitation through Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

Atra empowers patients to regain and maintain their ability to move. She believes in creating patient-centered care to promote self-management and independence. Atra finds it crucial to transition patients to a tailored home exercise program to maintain therapy gains and foster continued participation. 

Outside the clinic, Atra enjoys spending time with family, listening to music from all over the world, and painting.
