Biography

John "Jake" Koslosky, PA-C, earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Taylor University, where he also played collegiate baseball. He went on to complete his physician assistant training at Cedarville University. John is passionate about helping patients improve their orthopedic health so they can move better and live better. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing guitar, exploring new foods, and spending time with his wife.
