Biography
Jason Maslana, APN is an experienced orthopedic nurse practitioner with a clinical focus in regenerative medicine, injection therapy, and perioperative management of joint replacement surgery. Since 2020, he has practiced providing advanced nonsurgical treatment modalities and collaborating closely with a joint replacement surgeon specializing in hip and knee arthroplasty.
In 2025, Jason joined Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, where he continues to advance patient care in orthopedics. His clinical practice remains centered on both regenerative and surgical-supportive orthopedic care, with an emphasis on optimizing outcomes for patients with degenerative joint disease. Jason’s career spans more than a decade in orthopedics, beginning as a certified surgical technologist and registered nurse, and later serving as team leader of orthopedics at Northwest Community Healthcare, where he oversaw surgical services and patient care coordination. His background integrates extensive operating room experience with advanced training in nonsurgical interventions, allowing him to deliver a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to musculoskeletal health.
Jason earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2016) and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (2019) from Chamberlain University.
