Biography

Jessica earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise and Sport Science. She joined Illinois Bone & Joint Institute in 2026 and provides evidence-based physical therapy focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Jessica delivers individualized care through comprehensive evaluations, clear patient education, and targeted treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals. Her approach integrates hands-on therapy with progressive exercise programs designed to improve mobility, strength, performance, and overall quality of life. She is committed to helping patients return safely and confidently to work, sport, and daily activities.

Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, golf performance, pelvic health, and hypermobility. As a former NCAA Division III women’s golfer, Jessica brings a unique understanding of the physical demands of the sport and enjoys working with golfers of all skill levels. She works with athletes and individuals of all ages.

Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys golfing, cooking, spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her chihuahua, Papi.
