Biography
Narissa joined the IBJI team as a rehab aide in 2016 and returned in 2020 after completing her doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northwestern University. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports-related injuries, running injuries, and joint replacements. She treats vestibular dysfunction including BPPV and concussion, and hypermobility disorders including Ehler Danlos syndrome. She also enjoys treating worker’s comp and work conditioning patients.
Narissa has completed skilled training in numerous manual therapy techniques, including dry-needling.
In her spare time, Narissa enjoys running, hiking, and going to concerts. She also enjoys spending time with her animals, tending to her chicken coop, and gardening.
