Biography

Talia is a licensed physical therapist assistant who earned her degree from Oakton College. She brings over a decade of experience as a yoga and Pilates instructor, blending mind-body philosophies with evidence-based physical therapy to help patients efficiently restore strength, mobility, and confidence. Talia has worked with a diverse range of populations — from children with special needs to older adults and athletes — and she is passionate about working collaboratively to help each patient achieve their unique functional goals. 

In her personal time, Talia enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children, and goldendoodle, playing board games, and staying active. Fun facts about Talia include that she went to pastry school, earned a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do, and has traveled to over 39 countries.
