Biography

Tom Angelos is a physician assistant at IBJI’s Libertyville and Grayslake locations specializing in orthopedic sports medicine. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Chamberlain University. 

A former NCAA Division III lacrosse goalie at Augustana College, Tom understands firsthand what it takes to train, compete, and recover from injury. That experience shapes his approach to care and drives his passion for helping athletes and active individuals get back to doing what they love. 

Tom works closely with the orthopedic team to provide practical, patient-focused care tailored to each individual’s goals. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, golfing, and traveling.
