Biography

Vaughan joined the IBJI team in March of 2025. She completed her studies at Southern Illinois University. She enjoys working with various ranges of injuries, including joint replacement. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, patient-centered goal setting, and hands-on manual therapy to optimize mobility and strength. 

She grew up participating in sports, mainly swimming. She underwent two hip labrum repairs with physical rehab at IBJI's Lake Bluff location, allowing her to be on both the giving and receiving ends of therapy. 

In her spare time, Vaughan enjoys shopping, traveling (especially to Canada where she was born), and hiking.
