Biography

Jake Paler is a physician assistant at IBJI's Glenview location, where he enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and is passionate about helping them return to the activities that matter most. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in neuroscience at the University of Tennessee in 2019 and later earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies with honors from Chamberlain University in 2025. 

Having grown up in the western suburbs of Chicago, Jake feels fortunate to care for patients in the community he has always called home. He strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, taking the time to ensure that his patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their treatment plans. 

Outside of work, Jake can usually be found exercising, fishing, or spending quality time with his family and friends.
