Vishal S. Desai, MD, MBA
Orthopedic Surgeon with Fellowship Training in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery
Dr. Vishal Desai specializes in arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures of the shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle, as well as shoulder replacement surgery. A Midwest native, he completed his orthopedic residency in New York and advanced fellowship training at Emory University, where he cared for professional and collegiate athletes including the Atlanta Falcons, Braves, and Georgia Tech. He has published extensively in leading orthopedic journals and presented award-winning research nationwide.
Dr. Desai takes a patient-centered approach, focusing on education, shared decision-making, and conservative care whenever possible. Outside of medicine, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Michael Murphy, MD
Orthopedic Surgeon with Fellowship Training in Hip and Knee Replacement
Dr. Michael Murphy is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction. Dr. Michael Murphy specializes in adult reconstruction with fellowship training at the Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic in Virginia. A Loyola-trained surgeon with a background in biomechanical engineering, he has developed patented medical devices, surgical software, and AI-powered applications to improve orthopedic care. His research has been widely published and recognized with awards at national conferences.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Murphy serves as a reviewer for leading journals and has contributed textbook chapters on hip and knee reconstruction. He is also dedicated to community service and global medical outreach. An accomplished endurance athlete, he has completed an Ironman triathlon and marathons, bringing the same resilience and focus to his patients.

Amit K. Sharma, MD
Interventional Pain Management Physician
Dr. Amit Sharma is a physiatrist and fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician. He enjoys getting to know his patients and partnering with them to address their pain and functional limitations. His goal is to identify the root causes of pain, ensure patients have a clear understanding of their condition, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
Using a comprehensive, multimodal approach, Dr. Sharma may incorporate minimally invasive procedures, physical and occupational therapy, and non-opioid medications. Dedicated to clinical excellence, Dr. Sharma stays current with the latest advancements in pain medicine. He believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their care to help them reach their highest possible level of function.

Raman P. Singh, DO
Primary Care Sports Medicine - Pediatric & Young Adult
Dr. Raman Singh is a highly experienced primary care sports medicine physician, double board-certified in pediatrics and sports medicine. A former Air Force physician and lifelong athlete, he specializes in sports injuries, concussion management, and pediatric orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Singh’s commitment to young athletes has established him as a leader in the field and a trusted partner for his colleagues, coaches, athletic trainers and the local community. His current practice focuses on sports injuries, fracture care, concussion management, non-operative regenerative techniques, and pediatric orthopedic conditions such as scoliosis.
