Directions
The facility is located one block south of Route 176 off of Waukegan Road. Turn East at Carriage Park Lane, turn into the first driveway on the right to enter the parking lot. Drive south to the center of the building on your right and enter the building at the glass double doors with the awning marked “101 Waukegan Rd.” Suite 990 will be the first suite on your right.
